Schilling CTS provides consultation, training and supervision to individuals, professional teams and managers working within both public and private Mental Health, Social Services and Child and Family Services. We are an international company mainly operating within Scandinavia and the United Kingdom who have built a strong reputation for an effective, innovative and value for money service. Our aim is to help individuals, staff teams, management and organisations to perform their primary tasks more efficiently and competently.

Specifically we provide training, supervision, consultation, management and staff coaching to individuals and teams of professionals within Social Services, Mental Health services, Child and Family services, Schools, Higher Education services, special treatment homes and institutions, services for socially and culturally marginalised groups of people and the Health services. We also accept referrals from individual clients and families. We accept referrals from services all over Europe. We work in several different languages.

Schilling CTS is committed to evidence based practice and in all aspects of their service seeks to encourage professionals and their organisations to pursue an active involvement in outcome evaluation and client and colleague feedback. Further the aim of Schilling CTS is to assist professional organisations within Mental Health, Social Services and Child and Family services to maximise their effectiveness and subsequently offer the best service to patients/clients/service users by extended attention to ensuring professional development and quality control.

Schilling CTS have facilities in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Norwich. However most of their engagements see them working within their clients area utilising local facilities. We adapt all our services and our approaches to the specific needs and wishes of our customers.

All our staff are qualified UKCP registered Systemic Therapists and/or chartered Clinical and Organisational Psychologists and are working under strict professional, ethical standards.

It is our responsibility to ensure that we cooperate in encouraging effective and ethical practice within modern Mental Health, Social Services and Child and Family organisations. We are in the age of accountability and the vast array of services within and around Health, Social Services and Child and Family services have to coordinate and work together in a culture of transparency, being able to demonstrate their efficacy and uphold ethical standards.
